A good start to the year for our defending Connacht Senior Champions as they comprehensively overcame a Presentation Headford team at St. Mary’s today. Well done to all the players and to coaches Darragh Kerrigan and Enda Mulrooney. Good to see former St. Mary’s student Brian Madden spreading the Gospel of hurling in Headford as part of their management team.
U-10 Centenary Cup September 2014
Congratulations to all the teams who participated in the Centenary Cup Hurling blitz at the end of September. It was a fantastically well organised event (as usual!) and everyone seemed to have something positive to say about both the event and the College. Well done and thanks to all of our students who came in to help out on the day, and to the staff who made it such a success. Finally, congratulations to Castlegar, and commiserations to Liam Mellowes, and well done to both teams on what was an excellent final.
