Senior:

Coached by Gearoid Leen, Mike Murphy and Ger Lennon. they trained hard all season but unfortunately came up against the eventual Connacht Champions St. Colmans Claremorris in the Connacht semi-final. This was a titanic battle with St. Marys finallylosing by four points.

Junior:

Coached by Ger Lennon and Ronán Faherty. This was a very talented team most of whom were members of the Juvenile runners-up team in 2008. they performed excellently all year, accounting for Headford and St. Muredachs Ballina on their way to the Connacht final. Unfortunately, there their form deserted them as they lost by four points to a resurgent Summerhill Sligo outfit.

Juvenile:

Coached by Ger Lennon and Anthony Carey they too had a pretty successful year, which unfortunately culminated in defeat in the Connacht final to Summerhill. On their path to the final they overcame a very strong Roscommon CBS team, before mastering an excellent St. Jarlath’s College side in the semi-final. They did however win the County cup following victories over Presentation Headford and St. Jarlaths.

First Year:

Coached by Seán óg De Paor, James McHugh and Paul Concannon they put in a great effort all year and showed plenty of promise. however they went out of the Connacht Championship to a physically stronger St. Muredach’s Ballina side at the quarter-final stage.
