As part of Science week 2014 our students, and one or two teachers, had their chance to overcome their arachnophobia and ophidiophobia when the ‘Bug Doctor’, Michel Dugon from NUIG visited with his collection of spiders and snakes. The poor tarantula and corn snake must be the most photographed in Galway as all those looking to hold them were given their opportunity…as highlighted by the huge number of photographs taken.
