St. Mary’s Science Students got their defence of the All-Ireland title off to a fine start on Thursday 17th when they won the Galway ISTA Region quiz. They now progress to the All-Ireland final on Saturday November 26th. The team is made up of LC students John Potter, Mour Badiane and Vladislav Korenblat. See photograph on Academics page

As part of our fund raising activities The Parents Association will be selling tickets for the Mc Cambridges of Galway, Food and Wine Fair which will be held in the Salthill Hotel on Thursday night the 24th of November 2011 from   6 – 10  pm.  Tickets cost € 15 euro each.
