Congratulations to the senior Hurling team who continued their fine run of form with a deserved 2 – 8 to 2 – 7 victory over New Inn on Monday afternoon Nov 28th.

Hard luck to the college Senior Science Quiz team who narrowly failed to retain the All-Ireland title held at TCD on Saturday Nov 26th . The standard was very high on the day and the three lads, John Potter, Mour Badiane and Vladislav Korenblat, eventually finished in 4th place, one point behind second and four off the winners Coláiste Chríost Rí from Cork. Thirty nine teams from all parts of the country participated in what was a very tough quiz, and to finish in such a high position was a measure of the excellent standard shown by our students. Well done lads!

Well done to the Senior Hurling team who had a well deserved victory over Calasanctious College in the league on Monday. Report in the Hurling section to follow.
